In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as illness or inability to attend, tickets or registrations may be transferable to another participant or course at our discretion, but no refunds will be issued.If an event must be canceled or postponed due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies beyond our control, we will make every effort to reschedule the event. Your registration will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, credit may be offered for future events or services, but no refunds will be provided.
There are no contracts with Valerie Mya. All services are either a one-time investment (like a course, session, mentorship, etc.) or a monthly automatically recurring investment, such as a membership. If you sign up for a product with a payment plan, those payments cannot be canceled and are automatically charged each month. If these payments stop or fail, access to the course/resource you purchased will be removed until payments are complete.
Changes and Updates to These Terms and Conditions
We may update these Terms at any time. For major changes, we'll give you 30 days’ notice before they take effect.
